RETURNS

We all know how beneficial it is to order a little more to avoid the possibility of an impossible dyelot hunt, so we offer a whooping 60 days return for those little extras after you have completed your project. Please make sure that they are not damaged, used or opened and in a sellable state. You will be liable for the return delivery cost and your original delivery charge will not be refunded unless it was faulty, in which case please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Tracked return service –  we are able to generate label for you to print out online and arrange for Royal Mail to come to your door to collect the parcel (at a cost if it is not our fault).  If it is our fault then we will generate label for free.

E-GIFT CARD RETURNS

As a customer your right to return an item bought using an E-Gift Card is exactly the same regardless of whether you’ve bought the items with a Gift Voucher, a payment card, or a combination of the two.

If you’ve paid for the whole order with a Gift Voucher, then a replacement Gift Voucher for the amount will be issued to you.

If you paid with a combination of payment card and Gift Voucher, we’ll refund anything that you paid for on your debit/credit card first, and then the remaining amount will be issued as a new gift promo.

E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed in their entirety. If you don’t redeem the full cash value of the Gift Voucher, then the remaining amount will be forfeited. An E-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.
